ORDER

How can I place an order?

Choose your item in the desired size and quantity then click on “Add to cart”. Placing the selected items in the basket is achieved by deploying the mini-basket located at the top right of the screen. To access your detailed basket, click directly on the basket icon. From your basket, you can enter a code linked to a promotional offer in the “promotional code” section. After accepting the general conditions of sale, click on “PLACE ORDER”. Next, enter your address and delivery rate. You then arrive at the payment part: once the payment has been validated, your order will be recorded. You will receive an email confirming that the order has been validated. The amount due will be debited automatically.

Can I modify my order?

You have just placed an order and you would like to modify it. This is possible, you have 6 hours for any modifications.
After 6 hours, your order has already gone into production and can no longer be modified.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 6 hours to cancel your order. To find out if there is still time, contact Customer Service, telling them your name and order number.
After this deadline, we will no longer be able to cancel/modify your order.

What should I do if I have not received the confirmation email?

We invite you to first check your inbox and your spam emails. If you cannot find the confirmation email, you can check if the order appears in your customer account.

When I check the tracking, I am told that my order has been delivered except to date I have not received anything

It is possible that the delivery person left your package at your neighbor's house or in your mailbox. Please check it and confirm later. If you have not found it, please contact our customer service to initiate an investigation.

I received a wrong/defective/stained item. What to do  ?

If you receive a wrong/defective/stained item, please contact our customer service. Please include the following information in your message:

1. Your order number
2. The name or reference of the article concerned
3. A description of the problems encountered accompanied by photos
4. The photo of the plastic packaging with the label of the item concerned

Good to know: If you have received a wrong/defective/damaged item, please contact ALPENEXT customer service within 14 days. follow the purchase. We will not process any request beyond this deadline.

What delivery methods are available?

During busy periods and sales, delivery may take longer and some delivery methods may not be available.
In certain circumstances, your order will be delivered in two packages. In this event, no additional charges will apply, but it is possible that not all delivery methods are available.

How long does it take to get my package?

Once you have successfully placed your order, it will be processed and printed exclusively for you within an average of 5-7 days. You will receive your order within 7 to 12 working days as soon as the printing is completed.
For the products: All-Over Print, Anti-UV Clothing, Sports Polo Shirts, Shoe, Mug - Cup, Plaid and Blanket, delivery may take longer, you will receive your order within 12-15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver almost everywhere. Only a few destinations are undeliverable (government restrictions or inability to ship): Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria and North Korea. In addition, very regular difficulties have led us to remove the following destinations from possible shipping countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt and United Arab Emirates.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with delivery information as well as a link to track your order online.
You can also track your order by logging in on "My account", My orders section or click on Track your order

What payment methods are accepted?

We want your online shopping experience to be seamless! This is why we offer several payment methods.
Payment by card: We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard

PayPal: Your payment will take you a few minutes
1. Select PayPal as your payment method or time to complete your order.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one and confirm the payment.

Is online shopping secure?

Payment on alpenext.com is perfectly secure. For your security, all transactions are encrypted. Your card will be charged as soon as your order has been validated.

How do I use my promo code?

Here's how to benefit from your discount:
1. Choose a product that can benefit from a promotional code on our online store.
2. Continue to your cart, click on “Gift voucher or discount code”.
3. A field to enter the code will appear. Enter your promo code then ACTIVATE

RETURN AND REFUND

Return and refund

You can return your items by post, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please contact our customer service and include the following information in your message:

1. Your order number
2. The name or reference of the article concerned
3. A description of the problems encountered accompanied by photos
4. The photo of the plastic packaging with the label of the item concerned

Returns are processed within 2 weeks.

I still haven't received my refund, is this normal?

1. If this is a refund for returned items, we suggest you check the status of your return. It is possible that our warehouse has not yet received your return package. Generally, it will take you 12-15 days to deliver the return package, it depends on the carrier.
2. If you have received the refund confirmation email, this means that ALPENEXT has made the refund to your account and the time frame varies depending on different refund methods. Please complete the table below for more details. Please note that the time it takes to refund a bank account will depend on how long it takes your bank to process the refund. Remember to regularly check your balance, if you have not received it when the deadline has passed, we suggest you contact your bank issuer.

Where in my refund?

The refund should reflect in your account based on the refund method you selected.
If you paid for this order with a gift card, we can only refund you to your gift card, Thank you for your understanding.
We will process your request and update and you can log in to your account at any time and view the refund status in your My Orders "Refund Status" account.
